So about a month ago my mom and I were eating lunch at Biagis (YUMMO!!) and decided we'd go on a diet together. We knew our trip to Lake Powell was fast approaching and it'd be nice to be SLAMMIN in our swimsuits!! Well the next week grandpa Clay passed away and between the stress, sadness, and copious amounts of Swiss chocolate consumed the diet never really started... in fact it went in reverse... YIKES!! After everything settled down we decided we'd start again. I've been doing really well with my food but I think I really just want to tone up so I thought I'd take up running again... which was all good in theory, but then Utah got stuck under a constant HURRICANE and I couldn't go out and run at all. So I've got about 2.5 weeks to go. Does anybody have any diet or exercise secrets they'd like to share?? You know, the kind where you drop 10 sizes in a week?? Ha ha ha! No really, I'm serious!! I have to look good in THIS!

You're so funny! I'm totally with you on this. I just got the book Body for Life, and started doing the 12 week challenge. I'm on my second week and I love it! You should check it out. Although I don't think you need to worry, you look great!
